Just login into your Google+ account and access both your Google+ account and also Facebook account.
For that you just have to Add the Facebook Stream to your Google+ Profile.

Follow below steps :

1) Download Google+Facebook Plugin and install it in your browser and restart your browser. This plugin is for Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explore.


2) After Restarting your Browser. Just Login into your Google+ account. Here you can see one Facebook tag as shown in below image. Click on that.


3) If you click on that Facebook tag than it will ask you TO CONNECT WITH FACEBOOK.


4) Click on CONNECT WITH FACEBOOK and enter your Facebook E-mail id and password. After that one pop-up box will open. It will ask you to request for your permission.
So click on ALLOW.


After clicking on ALLOW your Facebook account will immediately open into your Google+ account.


So Now you can update your status From Google+ and also watch your friends update from Google+.
After updating your Facebook status in Google+. Just Go to Facebook account.
You can see your update in Facebook account.
